Lamborghini Murciélago: A 12-year-old’s wet dream…or mine…
When a car accelerates you from 0 to 60 in 3.4 seconds, I can only imagine it forcing you to shift to second when you grasp for the steering wheel and accidentally hit the paddle shifter after it throws your ass back in the seat. All wheel drive with a V12? Two please!
I could stare at this gorgeous car all day. Seriously. You wouldn’t even have to pay me! 🙂 I’ve always been a fan of Lamboghinis, and when this model debuted some years ago I remember being in awe that their designs could go from the Countach and the SV to this beast. It’s apparently had some sour criticism for being too heavy or too big. I say F that. If you can’t see the amazing 632HP past the fat of an exotic, you probably shouldn’t be criticizing it to begin with!
Anyway, as much as I would love to own a car like this, I probably would never convince myself to buy one, even if I had the money. I can’t imagine the upkeep a car like this could require. The brakes package alone on this bad boy is 16 grand, so just imagine how much that first set of tires will run ya! I mean, who in their right mind would use an exotic as an everyday commuter? Ehhhhh probably me. 🙂
